INNOVATE: Case Studies

PURPOSE:

The purpose of these Amazing Innovation Race case studies is to get familiar with the paradoxical pairings, then eventually to see where you are, and need to be, to navigate innovation and lead for an effective culture of innovation. The process of the dialogue / discussion is more important than the exact spot on the path. These case studies are designed to help leaders reflect on their path, and aims to move leaders, teams and organisations away from an unconscious ‘go anywhere path’ (often circumstantial or personality driven), to a conscious strategic choice based on the best path for the specific situation. We call this Conscious & Strategic Situational Innovation (CSSI) and Situational Innovation (SI).
