About the Creative Scene Investigation Program Suite

Identifying and dealing with blocks to creative thinking

We need to be creative to be innovative but the relentless push to innovate faster is producing a toxic culture that may undermine the whole creative process. In our rush for end results fast, we could ironically be killing the very thing that will lead us to innovation: creativity. This suite covers how to identify the creative blocks – also introducing creative thinking strategies and a practical design thinking process.

Understanding why innovation often fails

Innovation is key for the transformation of any organization. Cultural change is a vital step in the preparation for innovation. Creativity culture (at the organization level), creative thinking mindset, and skill development (at the personal level) have to be established. There are no shortcuts. Hence, many companies that only focus on embracing design thinking processes often fail.

The unique Diagnostic & Developmental approach

Diagnose: The gamified board session focuses on the potential psychological and neurological blocks to critical and creative thinking.
