The heart of this program lies in the DISC profiling tool, which assesses leadership and team dynamics. It’s a highly interactive session that reveals insights about how individuals interact, lead and communicate within a team. “Dynamic Interaction” delves into individual behavior and team communication styles and explores a unique self-discovery process. This session can be run as a stand-alone workshop (Dynamic Interaction), &/OR coaching &/OR integrated into any of our other sessions.

When Antarctic and NASA researchers studied decades of diary entries, they discovered that communication and alignment stood out more than every other issue combined.
