DESIRE:

Schneider Electric has developed an international program to ensure their upcoming leaders are equipped. 35 leaders from almost 26 countries come together each year for 2 weeks to start a 1 year project management, that when they go back to their respective countries will have to continue the project – virtually.

SOLUTION:

Tirian worked with these new leaders from differing cultures to:

  • align their work practices
  • develop a common language
  • create a environment where people can dialogue between cultures to share best practices.
  • create a shared vision and understanding / team identity and project plan

OUTCOMES:

Each year the team was evaluated on their success and every time they were able to achieve their goals and in doing so develop critical leadership skills that will help them rise to senior positions.
