ABOUT:

Founded in 1853 by Levi Strauss, Levi Strauss & Co. is one of the world’s largest brand-name apparel marketers with sales in more than 110 countries. There is no other company with a comparable global presence in the jeans and casual pants markets.

DESIRE:

The current Asia Pac team was the first team to learn and role out SAP. After a very successful role out they now will be doing multiple role outs in several countries simultaneously. The need to ensure consistency, the sharing of best practices and be rewarded for their success lead the HR division of Levis to Tirian.

SOLUTION:

Tirian designed a 2 day program focusing on teams under pressure (On Thin ICE) and helping individuals work with each others strengths (DISC).

OUTCOMES:

These keynote talks revitalized and challenged the lawyers. A series of questions and short quizzes were used to help the group assess where they currently were and where they want to be in terms of balance and mindset.
