Founded in 1853 by Levi Strauss, Levi Strauss & Co. is one of the world’s largest brand-name apparel marketers with sales in more than 110 countries. There is no other company with a comparable global presence in the jeans and casual pants markets.

DESIRE:

The Asia Pacific team was the first of the global regions to roll out SAP. After a very successful initial roll out they would then be conducting multiple rollouts in several countries simultaneously. The need to encourage the sharing of best practices, to ensure consistency, and be to know they would be rewarded for their success led the HR division of Levis to Tirian.

SOLUTION:

Tirian designed a 2-day program focusing on teams under pressure (On Thin ICE) and helping individuals work with each others’ strengths (using DISC profiling).

OUTCOMES ACHIEVED:

The rollout teams reported high levels of collaboration, consistency and ultimately successful implementation.
