Agnes is an accredited coach in the Innovative Change Leadership (iCLi) program and has contributed to the design and refinement of the associated leadership development programs. She is also certified in Prosci Change Management and Human-Centred Design and has served as a teaching and coaching assistant at the University of Toronto.
